A Secretary must be competent chief executive officer and administrator of the party.
A weak Secretary cannot be liason officer and a core advisor to the Management of the party
Whiles chairman is the brain of the party,the Secretary is the ears,eyes and hands of the party
Am comrade Wisdom,the grassroots Soldier who is determined to lift Ho West NDC party to the next level
Am here to serve the party and the constituency.
Am ready to supervise,control and coordinate the activities of the party
I shall handle correspondence,routine records,incoming and ourgoing mails,attend seminars and meetings of the party
The Ho West grassroot deserves a personality who will be available at party grassroots to listen to their grievances
Comrades,am here to work for the party and hence ready to be called Servant of the grassroots
Ho west must be ready to lead the rest of the constituency in all party activities towards 2020
